MUSICAL STARS AND STRING SERENADES

November’s concert showcases soloists Maria Larionoff and Adam Collins in Vivaldi’s Double Concerto in B flat Major, followed by Antonin Dvorak’s beloved Serenade for Strings. Exceptional young string players from UM and local high schools join us for this masterpiece in our annual “Rising Stars” side-by-side performance. Our program also features the jazzy rhythms and appealing melodies of Wiren’s rarely-heard Serenade for Strings.
